THY Kılıç Holding and Yeditepe Transportation Inc. Achieve Major Successes

A significant logistics operation carried out through the cooperation of Turkish Cargo, the air cargo brand of Turkish Airlines (THY), and Yeditepe Transportation Inc. has been successfully completed.

Juvenile fish transported by road from Milas to İzmir Adnan Menderes Airport were delivered to Oman via air cargo. As part of the operation, approximately 16,000 juvenile fish, each weighing 2 grams and produced by Kılıç Holding, were shipped in specially manufactured plastic containers.

During transportation, the containers were supported with oxygen tanks and securely fastened inside the aircraft to prevent damage from turbulence. After an approximately 3-hour flight, the fish were safely released into a fish farm located in the Indian Ocean.
